Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sync AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

Sync AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to analyze URLs, generate code, build web applications, and deploy projects. The Service includes a web builder, AI model integration, project management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are in EUR and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may not use the Service to violate any law or regulation, generate or distribute harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, use AI features to generate malware or spam, or resell the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. Code generated by AI on your behalf is yours to use. We make no warranty that AI-generated code is original, error-free, or free from third-party claims. The Sync AI platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Sync AI.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
